By replacing the restrictive secondary catalytic converters located in the mid-pipe section directly after the downpipes, back pressure is reduced, which effectively improves the engines breathing by allowing it to expel gases more quickly. This in return means faster throttle response, increased power output and a more aggressive exhaust note.
Measuring 3.5 in diameter, this direct replacement mid-pipe offers improved flow over standard and comes complete with a replacement exhaust brace and fitting kit, which will mate to original catalytic converters, aftermarket sports cats or aftermarket de-cats.
